NotableCV offers premium features through recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Refunds are subject to our billing policy.

You agree not to misuse the NotableCV service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to bypass usage limits, submitting excessively large payloads that could degrade the service, or using the platform for any illegal, harassing, or abusive activities.
5. AI-Generated Content
NotableCV utilizes artificial intelligence to generate career materials. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success rate of the generated content. You are entirely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated documents before relying upon them or submitting them to employers.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NotableCV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
